Managing Director, Dynamic Conferences & Events Ltd
I enjoy using my creativity to deliver exceptional and out-of-the-ordinary corporate events and conferences. With high expectations of myself and my team, I take pleasure in ensuring every event goes beyond simply fulfilling its objectives. Whether the event is held at the Palace of Versailles or at the QEII Conference Centre, my clients’ happiness and exceeding their expectations is my absolute priority. We have one chance to deliver every live event and I want to make sure that each and every one is outstanding. As the main point of contact for our clients, I make sure their objectives are met within an agreed timeframe. I also anticipate extra needs, such as those formed by cultural differences, and equip my team to respond to them. Every single delegate and guest is important to me and I ensure that my team puts the happiness and satisfaction of every client and delegate at the top of their priorities. With over 20 years’ experience in corporate events management, I understand what’s required in order to leave a powerful impression on delegates and clients alike: original and innovative ideas, a resourceful approach, strong negotiation skills with suppliers, consistent standards, attention to detail, accurate budgeting, a positive can-do attitude and delivering a robust return on investment.
Claire Bowley from Dynamic Events will be sharing the biggest lessons they learned when the pandemic hit and they had to change their entire business. Then she’ll apply those lessons to the future and explain how she’s already advising clients to run successful hybrid events for when things open up safely.
